The NCT (also known as the National Childbirth Trust) is UK's leading charity for parents. Every year we support thousands of people through the incredible life changing experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.

Becoming a parent is a life-enhancing experience, but it can also be challenging and sometimes stressful. We are here to help you through this transition, offering relevant information, reassurance and mutual support.

Run by local parents, the Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted and District branch offers support, information and friendship to new parents and parents-to-be.

wanting to find mums with similar interests? Free on Friday morning/
Then why not come and join the Hemel Hempstead coffee group!

We meet every Friday morning at each other's houses. There will always be a host there to open the door to you and welcome you into their home. There is, however, no pressure to host. Please feel free to wait until you are ready.

We enjoy a chat and a cup of coffee whilst the children play in familiar surroundings with a different selection of toys. The conversation could be as diverse as breastfeeding worries to the state of the economy. we are open to all!
