Driveway cleaning

In addition to this block paving soon becomes dirty and tired looking with oil stains frequently spoiling the overall appearance. A1 Pressure Washing use powerful cleaning equipment which removes all dirt, moss and a degree of oil stains.

As approved installers of Smartseal superior paving sealants, once completely dry, the surface can be treated with block paving sealer which will protect it and keep it looking good for years to come.
Imprinted Concrete

Imprinted Concrete driveways and patios should be totally cleaned and re-sealed every 3-5 years to keep them in good condition. Regular application of acrylic sealer will protect against surface wear, staining, algae & loss of colour.

Stages of Imprinted Concrete Restoration

The pattern imprinted concrete is throughly cleaned removing dirt, algae, moss and stains from the surface.
Once the surface is dry additional colour is re-introduced into the concrete through a combination of thinners,pigment and sealer.
Once the re- colouring process is complete additional coats of sealer will be applied to create a uniform finish.

Patio Cleaning

Most types of patio slabs are quite porous by nature and the retention of mouisture, combined with the damp UK climate enables algae, weeds and moss to flourish. A1Pressurewashing efficiently remove all of these forms of growth, without mess or upheaval.

Once the patio is clean and dry, the application of Smartseal patio sealers will give long term protection, inhibit further growth, eliminate colour loss and minimise future maintainance.
